Animals are not permitted within our premises.
No Laptop Policy
To ensure a calm and distraction-free environment, the use of laptops is not permitted within the studio or shared relaxation areas.
Responsibility
The booker holds accountability for clients' wellbeing, health, safety, and behavior. Align Now disclaims liability for health complications.
Health Intake
Practitioners are required to collect relevant health information from their clients when necessary.
Use of Equipment
Only authorized professionals may operate treatment equipment. Align Now's facilities and provided materials must be handled with care.
Personal Belongings
Align Now is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Lockers are available for valuables.
Substances
The use of drugs or excessive alcohol is strictly prohibited.
Respect & Privacy
Guests are expected to respect the privacy and personal space of others at all times. Noise should be kept to a minimum, and mobile phones must be on silent.
Photography & Content
Personal photos are allowed if others aren't identifiable. Professional content creation requires prior management approval.
Shared Facilities
Restrooms, waiting areas, and refreshment stations are available and must be left clean after use.
Hygiene
Practitioners maintain session hygiene standards using provided ecological towels.
Clothing & Footwear
Comfortable and appropriate clothing is required in all spaces. For hygiene reasons, footwear or clean socks must be worn in public areas; shoes are not permitted in the studio.
Conduct
Inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.
