Terms & Conditions
1. Reservations and Payments
All bookings must be made in advance through our website or by direct contact with Align Now. Invoices follow usage, with payment due within 7 days of the session date unless otherwise arranged. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
2. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior receive full refunds. Cancellations within 48 hours remain fully charged. We will attempt to accommodate date and time modifications based on availability.
3. Use of the Spaces
The rooms at Align Now may only be used for the agreed purpose as specified in the booking. Subletting and unauthorized use are forbidden. Guests must handle spaces and equipment responsibly, with damages from negligence charged to the booking party.
4. Shared Facilities
Common areas include restrooms, waiting zones, beverage stations, fridges, dishes, and cleaning supplies. Users must maintain cleanliness and proper order after departure.
5. Health and Safety
Practitioners assume full responsibility for participant safety during sessions. They must verify fitness levels and ensure safe practices. Align Now disclaims liability for health complications arising during or after usage.
6. Liability
Align Now accepts no responsibility for injuries, accidents, or property damage. Lockers are available but Align Now accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage of any personal property.
7. Conduct and Respect
Appropriate behavior is required at all times. Disruptions, illegal substances, smoking, and excessive alcohol are prohibited and may result in immediate removal without reimbursement.
8. Promotions and Communication
Guests may opt into promotional communications, which can be withdrawn at any time.
9. Changes to Terms
Align Now reserves the right to modify these terms. Updates will be published online and apply to new bookings.
